We are a team of former Division I athletes that partner with students (8-12 grade), and their families, to help them:
Realize their academic and athletic goals
Develop necessary life-skills for success
Find the right path for their dream college and eventual careers
We understand how important this stage in life is for middle school and high school student-athletes.
We have experienced the same struggles and uncertainties with the athletic recruitment and college selection processes. Through trial-and-error, we figured it out and were able to come out the other side, and we can help you prepare for the next play in your lives.

Experienced the challenging and competitive college recruitment process
We have firsthand experience going through the college athletic recruitment process with little direction. We learned how to navigate college recruitment from scratch, by continuously learning from our mistakes and improving as players. This led us to each receive a number of Division I offers, including our alma maters Dartmouth College and Binghamton University.
Understand what it is like to play a Division I sport
Getting college athletic offers and being accepted into the school is only part of the process. Once you step foot on campus, there is a new wave of academic and athletic responsibilities that will challenge your success. We have developed the proper systems and frameworks that will enable you to prosper at the next level.
Proven track-record of helping student-athletes
We have worked with a number of high school student-athletes in the past to help them get the proper exposure in front of college coaches and guide them through the college application process. Past student-athletes we have worked with went on to attend Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Quinnipiac University, Binghamton University, etc.
Created successful careers and networks
We have developed successful careers after college and in the process have created a vast network from athletic and university affiliations. Dartmouth College, for example, is consistently ranked as one of the most supportive alumni networks and is among the top alumni endowments in the country. We are able to leverage these established networks for your benefit.
